Characteristics
For the cutter adjustment on centering position, please see below diagram.
Two cutters are respectively located in the right and left sides. In order to match the cutting edge of two cutters for ensuring the top angle and edge of manufactured nail without burrs, the cutters on this machine can be respectively adjusted in left and right, up and down, front and back. The cutter adjustment in left and right sides can be achieved by loosening Screw 1 on the wedge. For the cutter adjustment in up and down sides, firstly loosen Bolt 2, rotate Bolt 3 for adjustment, and then tighten Bolt 2. For the cutter adjustment in front and back, firstly loosen Bolt 4 (four bolts) and rotate Bolt 5 for adjustment. The caps in different sizes can be manufactured by achieving those adjustments.
