1. This machine is equipped with new machine type combining PLC with touch control screen. All of machinery control, setting and adjustment are displayed on screen. It is easier to operate but other machinery contruction is not changed.
2. When turning on power supply, first page is displaying on screen, referring to name of company, address, telephone and type. If touch next page, the second page shall be displayed on screen, referring to machinery control panel. Press PgDn, it enters the third page, referring to password inputting page. When password is proper, it shall enter machinery setting panel, if password is wrong, it will return control panel.

Adjustment Method for Welding Wire wheel
1. Wire wheel groove of welding wire wheel shall be worn, so the wire wheel shall be adjusted and repaired at intervals
2. After wire wheel is adjusted and repaired, its outside diameter becomes smaller and smaller, beside enhancing pressure of spring, it also needs to adjust eccentric shaft, enabling welding place to be synchronous with counting gear.
3. Wire wheel shaft shall be applied with lubricant so as to prolong the service life of wire wheel shaft.
