Quality assurance
1. This machine is equipped with new machine type combining PLC with touch control screen. All of machinery control, setting and adjustment are displayed on screen. It is easier to operate but other machinery contruction is not changed.
2. When turning on power supply, first page is displaying on screen, referring to name of company, address, telephone and type. If touch next page, the second page shall be displayed on screen, referring to machinery control panel. Press PgDn, it enters the third page, referring to password inputting page. When password is proper, it shall enter machinery setting panel, if password is wrong, it will return control panel.
Adjustment Method
1. PLC, it only needs to re-start machine.
2. When cooling water is insufficient, it needs to add.
3. It needs to apply lubricant regularly on half-tooth between wire wheel axle and scroll.
4. Check whether wire wheel welding point is fixed for daily startup. After work, clean the machine all round.
5. Keep light tube head clean, pay attention to whether light tube is damaged; Enable the machine to run smoothly.
6. This machine shall be maintained and cared regularly, keep the machine in good working efficiency. During normal opeartion and care, it is guaranteed for six months.
